Good thing it's not my birthday

Haynako. Pag-ako na-bojak ng boss, bojak talaga. Haaay. I was called by my boss to reevaluate the recitation grades that I gave to all my students. All 480 of them. Cool. I gave scores that were too high. She had noted this in the past quarter apparently, she thinks I did not listen or was too slow to realize that I had to give lower scores this quarter. She explained about fairness, the one-sided distribution of grades (almost half of all sections got very high scores). I tried to defend by saying that I know almost all of my students very well, especially those in grade 3. The kids are very comfortable with me and since I know how they perform. But were their performance overwhelmingly outstanding that I should give them 9 or 10 points? She asked me that. And she said that basing from her observations she did not witness that kind of performance from my students. Get this, she observed me 4 times within 10 months. Just how many recitation days were there?

Fine, fine. I admit. I really gave out high scores. When I reevaluated them...only a few grades changed. Yes, I know...a point means a lot. Haaay....It's just that I had to do more work when I planned to finish my paper and homeworks today since the deadline is tomorrow. My birthday. Haaay. I'm going to pull an all-nighter again. My fault.

I just felt so bad. I even cried nga e...hehe..infront of 3 co-teachers. Two of whom are seasoned ones. Hehe..ang arte. Kainis. But I feel better now. I realized that I was wrong. I am stupid. I am the scum between my boss' toes. WEH.

I swear, from this day on...I will do my very best, do a dozen somersaults if I have to just to improve my work. Lagi na lang akong na-bo-bojak e. Kakasawa na. Para next year, they won't have any reason not to re-hire me. And so I could resign with my ego intact.

So there.

So, c'mon. Bring it all on. I can take everything any day just as long as it's not my birthday.
